We take this so seriously that I review all emails to ensure that we deal with your concern swiftly and I can follow it up with the relevant dealership. We are not perfect but we do strive to deliver excellence and to treat customers fairly.

We are members of professional organisations who self-regulate our industry. In the event that you do not feel we have dealt with your issues appropriately and treated you fairly we would encourage you to contact one of these bodies. The RMIF (Retail Motor Industry Federation) provides a conciliation and arbitration service and can be contacted at www.rmif.co.uk. In addition, we are members of Motor Codes a self- regulatory body for the automotive sector and this provides free guidance to consumers through their website at www.motorcodes.co.uk or via their free advice line on 0800 692 0825.

To book a test drive with us either enter your post code in the ‘Find a Dealership’ box at the top left of this page or call 08452 66 99 00 where one of our Sales Advisors will help you find a suitable dealership for your test drive.
