I would just like to say what fabulous service we received from the sales executive. She approached us when we were outside looking at the different models of 500 and was very warm and friendly and not pushy at all. She was able to help us identify that a lounge would be my best option. We chatted about the colour I wanted and within half an hour I was test driving a car. On return, her colleague, advised that should I want to order the car to the specification I liked then they had managed to locate a match on its way over that would be ready in about 10 days. I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy a car, the sales exec was great with explaining all the specifications and costs, etc. And she was great with our children, they happily sat in the seated area eating biscuits and drinking pop. They were made to feel very welcome too. My car was actually ready just before the 10 days and she gave me a ring a few days after my order to advice this. On collecting the car she was great wth programming my phone into the Bluetooth and showing me how it worked, so I was able to drive away with all of this working straight away. In my opinion she went above and beyond what I expected. I don't know if you do bonus's or recognition based on performance, but if you do I definitely think this sales exec should be considered for this as I can't fault anything about the way she dealt with everything. It was definitely the easiest car purchase Ive ever had.

Got my car last Wednesday from Used Cars Derby and the service was fab! The salesman who dealt with me went that extra mile to find me my beautiful Fiat 500 as I needed automatic and they are rare! I'm so happy with my car and they did everything they could to find me what I wanted. thank you again!

Purchased a used Fiat 500 for my daughter dealt firstly with the call centre and then with a Salesman at the Used Car Centre. He called me back ASAP and from there the whole process was a pleasure. Top marks for top service
