Excellent Service from the Service Advisor at the Ford Hartlepool dealership. My car was in for a Service/MOT an the car was collected from my Home. The service department rang me when the car failed its MOT, and explained what caused the failure, and the costs to put it right. Explained the alternative payment methods and I managed to secure a discount on the costs of Parts/labour for payment on day. I had a problem with a missing plug from car, which the Service Advisor sorted out. She has done a great job all round. Many Thanks.

Having had my previous Motability vehicle through this dealership, I had no hesitation in using them for my new one. Yet again I received excellent customer service from the sales executive who helped me through the extension of my lease whilst I was being moved from DLA to PIP. Gave great advice on which vehicle to choose. Then oversaw every stage from ordering to delivery of the car, whilst keeping me updated on the status throughout. I'm very happy with my new car and will be sure to return to at Bristol Motors Hartlepool for my next one.

The Sales Executive who dealt with me helped me get my car after my Father in Law passed away. We fell short on the Motability deposit, she went out of her way to help me. We had to go down to one model but she for my �200 off my deposit. Best garage I have ever used and I cant say anything bad about them!

The Sales girl who dealt with me was terrific. She was friendly, informative and extremely efficient at explaining the whole Motability process. She made certain that my son felt that he was fully in charge of what was going on and he therefore felt very proud and happy that it was he who was bringing home a lovely and much needed new vehicle that would be great use, not only to him, but to those he cares about. 10 out of 10 guys.
