You approached us politely and asked if we needed any help. You did not engage us in any hard sell sales talk but calmly evaluated what our needs were and offered us relevant and informed advice and guidance.

Despite it being close to closing time we were never made to feel uncomfortable.

I had a concern about the service contract. The manager dealt with the issue, listened, reported back and resolved the matter. They also apologised for a short delay and responded on a Saturday initially as they had been unable to deal with the matter during the week.
