I purposely sought him out as I knew I would get nothing but an excellent service from him backed up by the Manager Simon who made sure to say hello and ensure that the 'part of the family' feeling was upheld. I had a concern about the service contract. The manager dealt with the issue, listened, reported back and resolved the matter. They also apologised for a short delay and responded on a Saturday initially as they had been unable to deal with the matter during the week.
