The Sales Manager is as Tina Turner sings, SIMPLY THE BEST! They have gone above and beyond and needs a pat on the back.(Why?) My brother in Exeter was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year and police took his keys from him. They were given to the Sales Manager who has worked so hard to get all paperwork, finance and helped me organise getting a new V5 as original can't be found. They have been an absolute Saint as I'm in West Sussex and my brother is in Exmouth and what with Covid, it's been a long chore but with their help we finally got everything sorted. THANK YOU.

Jessica bought an A3 S line today from a Sales Executive who despite a very long day gave us a first class service when we arrived late this evening. We only spotted the car on Friday night and yet the Sales Executive had everything sorted eg photos/ video/ lease documents etc. They were cheerful, patient and professional. I don't know how they managed to look so smart at the end of a 12 hour day! Anyway their service as well as another lovely Sales Executive was much appreciated and whatever they are earning.... it's not enough!!
