I visited your Bristol Street Motors Mazda Dealership in Cheltenham with a view of exploring the possibility of buying a new Mazda, as my current Mazda was almost 11 years old. Upon entering the Showroom, I was greeted courteously by one member of the Staff, who in turn guided me to Kelly's desk and introduced me to her. My first impressions thus far were a combination of noticing that the Showroom was beautifully well presented and the Staff seemed very professional and courteous. Upon Kelly directing me to her desk, and offering me a seat and told her that I would like to get a quote for a Mazda 2 Tamura. My past experience with the Mazda Brand over the past 11 years had become unshakeable, and If I was offered an affordable deal on the Tamura I would be willing to consider it. I also told Kelly that I had been researching the buying of a new car over the past 6 weeks, and explained to her why I would prefer going for a Mazda. The following experience with Kelly became an event that I felt it must be conveyed to you in its entirety for many reasons as explained below: 1. I was so impressed with Kelly's professional qualities and her faultless Interpersonal Skills; namely, in the way she gave me all of her attention when I explained to her my aims and objectives of buying a new car, a process which entailed declaring my Senior Citizen's need for motoring in style supported by affordable running costs. Her tentative listening to my concerns about high costs of motoring for Retired People, was demonstrated by her patient, calm, honest, and thorough explanation of what she could offer me under a deal that would enable me to make up my own mind about the Tamura and without any sales pressure. She explained to me all the various offers and incentives that she could offer me, thus at every stage demonstrating her respect for my own ability to contemplate these deals and assess their value in my own slow way, and to make up my own mind without any hint or gesture of sales pressure on her part. I decided to finally make the Purchase of the Mazda 2 Tamura. So, I made the purchase there and then. What a great service that was. All in all, Kelly had surpassed all my expectation when I had first entered your Showroom. Upon finalising all procedures for collection of the Tamura, she introduced me to her Line Manager who had a great interest in ensuring that all customers were satisfied with the service that they had received, and assured me of his readiness and support at anytime I needed to contact your Showroom for any help if Kelly was not available at the time to deal with any issue pertaining to my purchase. All in all, I cannot but CONGRATULATE you on the high quality of sales personnel that you have at Bristol Street Motors Mazda Cheltenham, for they have well and truly proven that the main mission of your company was effected to the letter, and which left a potential customer becoming an actual customer of Bristol Street Motors Mazda on that first day of visit. I think I have been fortunate in deciding to visit your Mazda Showroom on that day, and I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and integrity of your sales staff, and the fantastic deal I was offered by Ms Kelly. I recently brought my Mazda in for repairs and the service I received from the Service Advisor on the front desk and the technician that I did a test drive with was excellent. Both did a great job of 'being involved' and helping to get the car fixed. The Service Advisor kept me up to date with progress and my car was finally fixed after a difficult journey with another dealership. Thank you.

I am writing to give feedback on the Sales Exec at BSM Mazda Redditch. From day one of speaking to them, they have gone above and beyond to make my whole transaction fast, informative and most important stress free. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to make me feel like a truly valued customer. They even put a sheet over my car on collection day to make it really special. Something I have never had before (even when buying brand new cars from dealerships). They have been utterly incredible and I cannot thank them enough.

I am currently driving my fourth Mazda 6 purchased from Bristol Street Mazda Redditch. We also had a Fiat 500 on a PCP that is due to come to an end in September and along with the tax changes in April I was unsure what to do. I e-mailed in and someone willingly gave up some of her time to look at what options were available giving us some of the options we could take. The information was provided to me and before I made a decision I asked if my wife could come and look at the car before we made a commitment to purchase. I am happy to say that we took delivery yesterday of a Mazda 2 Sport Black. It is a great car, much better than I thought we would get thanks to the hard work of Bristol Street coming up with the deal. The car was delivered on time, what a great team to deal with at Mazda Redditch. Many thanks for all of your help, hard work and delivering a great car, it is very much appreciated.
