I am thrilled to be driving a Nissan once again.The whole experience of buying my new car was a delight,simply because your team worked so hard together to ensure I got my dream car. We bought a used Vauxhall Astra GTC from our local Bristol Street Vauxhall garage in Crewe just before last Christmas and were so impressed by the service we received that we resolved to use them again when changing our other car. That situation arose recently when we saw the exact car we were looking for at Bristol Street Widnes and with the 50% interest-free offer available, it was simply too good to miss. However, if we thought the service at Crewe was good, then they were surpassed by the extremely friendly and helpful team at Widnes � I would especially single out the main salesman we dealt with and the finance guy who made the whole experience the best car buying experience ever (and there have been quite a number of them over the years). Top marks to everyone concerned � I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took my car to the Widnes Nissan dealership for its service yesterday. The quality of the customer service I received was excellent. From the booking of the appointment, to the greeting on arrival, courtesy car and collection was excellent. The team was professional and warm throughout. It was an excellent positive experience.

Nothing was too much trouble when I put my car in for a service, The lady on the other end of the phone sorted out a courtesy car for me and phoned me to say that there were a couple of jobs that were advisable to have done and what the cost would be which was a great help, I can't thank her enough for her help and professionalism and I will certainly be taking my car back in the future

I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years the reason I go back to them for all my cars is because the staff in sales and also in service are the very best, nothing is too much trouble and the information given whenever I call in is second to none.

As I am completely new to the whole buying/leasing a new car, you could imagine my confusion when trying to take everything in and how it all works. However, this confusion was soon taken away by the excellent customer service I received from an advisor at Nissan Widnes. Not only did I leave the dealership yesterday with me getting a brand new Nissan Qashqai in March, he was able to find the best available price for me of which I am thoroughly pleased with. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service skills he has demonstrated whilst working with me. His non-pushy and friendly demeanour is something that other dealerships whom I have also been in contact with should take into practice. I will make sure I tell everyone about my time at Nissan Widnes and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Over the last few years I have bought quite a few cars from Bristol Street. I would not go anywhere else. The Nissan Widnes branch is within easy reach to me.The service has been fantastic both when buying the car and aftersales.
