I am writing to tell you that my husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from The Harlow branch of Bristol street Motors. We purchased our car from there three years ago and have the yearly service and mot plan with yourselves. We had our service and mot this week and was advised the head gasket needed replacing along side other problems. The next day when I went to take my Grandaughter to school I smelt burning. When I got home my husband rang Bristol street motors at Harlow and spoke to a young gentleman whom had dealt with our service/MOT the day before. This young man was so helpful we were so impressed with his helpfulness and he was very professional that we felt we wanted yourselves to know what a credit he is to your company and we would like him to be aware of how we appreciated his help and assistance.

From the start of the process to the end of the process the Sales Executive made it so easy. As I am only young they were very understanding that I might not know everything and spoke to my dad no problem. They had a good laugh with us and made it extremely pleasurable. The manager was super nice and speaking to them was so easy, they were very clear with saying I can ask questions and they also had a good laugh, they both work well together as a team. All the other staff are very nice and professional they greeted us on our way in and offered us drinks and made sure we were being spoke to. The staff there are lovely and I would 110% recommend going there. I couldn't thank the staff more for making it such a special moment for me getting my first car!!

I'm in Birmingham and saw the car online in Macklin Motors in Paisley. Contacted the dealership and spoke to a Sales Executive. From then on the service, communication, information, reassurance and friendliness, together with a lack of pressure was beyond excellent. Due to this I purchased the vehicle. On collection I was introduced to the Sales Manager again totally professional and friendly. As to the vehicle, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend. Worth the journey I made. The Mobility Sales Executive, is a credit to your company. Whilst buying new car they arranged a car with all the spec that I wanted, they then explained every piece technology that was in the car. They advised my wife and I to test drive the vehicle, which we did and made our minds up right away that was the car for us. During the process of the car being built, the Sales Executive kept us up to date regarding the build and when we would receive the car. I will not hesitate to recommend Macklin Motors Paisley.

Must say I was a little disappointed that my daughter decided on a car that was 80 miles away from home. But the whole experience was second to none the team made my daughter feel at ease from the start and guided her through the total process. The Sales Executive has to get a mention, not pushy as we have found while in the process of buying a car at most showrooms. Made my daughter feel at ease and explained every step. The the sales manager interjected when required and made my daughter feel relaxed about her finance options. Great team and to be honest would make that 160 mile round trip for this service. Thanks.
