Absolute exceptional customer service from the Sales Executive, my new (to me) car was delivered to my workplace on the same day in immaculate condition by a polite and courteous Sales Executive. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with the car, its very easy to keep quiet about good deals and moan like mad about bad ones but this Sales Executive was outstanding and deserves every credit for the way they conducted themselves.

I went in to Bristol Street Motors in Macclesfield a little unsure exactly what I wanted. The sales guy really looked after me. His knowledge and advice helped me soon nail down exactly what I wanted. However, as my wish list became very specific I felt I needed to compromise as there was not a car available with my exact specification. Sure enough he found me a car and I can't thank him enough. On the day I went to test drive and collect the vehicle (Same day) my salesman was on a day off so I was now looked after by another chap who was brilliant. I'm so please with my new car and the service I received. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

The sales executive was outstanding, never pushy, asked what the right questions to ensure the car was right.

I would like to say how nice it was to deal with your adviser on the front desk, he is a credit to Vauxhall, and I hope you will pass on my message to him and if you have a head office please let them know people are quick to shout when things go wrong but not to say well done when someone does a great job wish I had him on my team to be honest. Also the young lady at front desk did a great job in making me feel welcome I did not get her name but also a credit to your company. I am one very happy customer.

My reason for contacting you is to pass on my sincere thanks to the staff. Special thanks should be given to your Service Manager who is an absolute credit to your company. During the waiting of the MOT he kept me up to date regularly as to what was happening. On return for the work & retest again first class servive. Thanks should also be given to the mechanics in the workshop and please do not forget to thank the lads outside cleaning the cars. Overall fantastic service.
