I just wanted to write to congratulate you on having such a cohesive and effective team of people at Bristol Street Motors in Waltham Cross. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

Just over 2 weeks ago I was looking at cars, unsure of what I wished to buy and found Barry to be one of the most helpful sales people ever. What he doesn't know about sales you could write on a postage stamp but he never �sold me' anything. He listened and advised and seemed to have the answers to all my questions but most importantly I never felt I was being given the hard sell.
His colleagues although not directly involved with myself all played a significant part in the sales process as they too took time out to speak to me and were always helpful and welcoming.

Having finally decided on the car that had caught my eye, Kevin became involved and was also a pleasure to deal with. A car was found very quickly with Kevin's help, that met my specifications and within two weeks of my initial visit I had made a purchase which I am extremely happy with. So I am now the happy owner of an Astra GTC 2.0 sri.

I can honestly say I have never been as impressed as I was with the service I received.

I would just like to bring to your attention about the wonderful staff you have at Lichfield garage. I can not thank the Service Advisor enough for the help and reassurance they gave me. I suffer really bad with anxiety and from first contact to the finish they were just so brilliant, helpful and supportive. I feel they went above and beyond and would like them to be recognised for this. An absolute superstar Also the guys in the sales department where I waited for several hours were so caring too. They all continuously asked if I was okay and would I like drinks. I even got offered a cupcake and fruit. The staff there are A star and would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much and please forward this to them to let them know what a fab job they are all doing.

Returned to the Carlisle showroom looking for a replacement vehicle after purchasing my Corsa back in 2014. Fortunately for me the lovely Sales Executive was still there, they sorted out a vehicle for me and everything went smoothly. Just wanted to let you know what a super person they are, especially when I don't like change, hence keeping my vehicles so long.

The standard of customer service and help by the General Manager at this branch is well above the call of duty. Personally, I think they should get some personal acknowledgement for all of their help to us.

Just wanted to pass on thanks to the Service Manager and their team in the Service Department at Bristol Street Hexham. They have serviced the whole families cars for years and they are always super reliable, ultra competent, calm and deal with everything effectively and very efficiently. Recently dropped the car in for a service and repair and didn't pick it up myself so couldn't say thanks personally so passing on my sincere thanks through this medium for todays repair - I wouldn't trust anyone else with the car. When I rang to book the car in they were courteous and took the time to ensure all details were correct. On the day, I was delayed by traffic, but was not made to feel this was a problem. The Service Advisor was very quick in checking the car in and in settling my account when I collected. All in all, very satisfied with the service and work carried out by this branch. The staff are always jovial and courteous.

This was my first contact with this dealership and I was so impressed and thankful. The communication, the attention to detail and the end result, all exceeded my expectations and I hope the parts department can be recognised and rewarded in some way.
