Recently I had my Q7 serviced at Hereford Audi... the way i was treated was first class... it's taken me a while to leave feedback as I expect good service at Audi from previous visits, but recently I have noticed the detail that's gone in to my service i.e. the back wiper wasn't working properly (but it is now) back number plate bulb out (but now fixed) the car feels altogether better to drive to name but a few minor details that altogether make me think there's a finite care gone in to my car... also the manager personally introduced himself- I have never received this level of service at BMW, for this visit alone I will purchase my next car from Hereford Audi... From the minute he picked up the phone to the minute I drove away (48hours later) my (new to me) Audi TT they have been impeccable in providing me all the information and help I needed. A true asset for your company! Cannot recommend enough.
My Audi which I purchased from Bristol Street Motors broke down and I would like to relate my appreciation to all the staff at this garage. All the staff were great beyond normal customer service. The used car department were great and sorted me a courtesy car so I could go to work, and repairs were carried out really quick without any hassle.

I recently bought an Audi TT from your Derby SEAT dealership, which was handled by one of your Salesmen, Mark. I would like to feedback the great customer experience I had due to the service Mark offered. Throughout the process Mark was very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Not once did I find him pushy or in my face, in fact his approach could not of been further from the impression most have of the stereotypical car salesman. I know all to well that people generally only comment on bad experiences.
