My car has been collected and returned to me by BMW Malton after a service and MOT, I would like to say that the Aftersales Manager in the service dept has displayed exceptional customer service even though we ended up with a bill they kept us in the loop every step of the way. I will definitely be using this dealership in the future.
An amazing company to deal with! We can not express just how professional and friendly all the staff were. Saw the car online booked in with a Sales Executive and had a test drive. They were a prefect balance of being knowledgeable and offering advise without being pushy. Excellent service. Very happy with the staff on reception also, who were very friendly and offered drinks on both visits. The experience was just great from start to finish, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable.
