We saw a 2008 C4 Grand Picasso on their website, which after speaking with the Salesman we dealt with, had to be brought to Chesterfield from another location, and he made sure the vehicle was fully valeted, and MOT'd, ready to go from the moment we came to view it All in all we had a great experience from start to finish, the Saleman was polite, helpful and professional from the moment we first walked in, there was no pressure, just a desire to make sure we left as satisfied customers, which is exactly what happened. I would buy another car from there without hesitation.
My Car failed its MOT due to a faulty switch, and the replacement part not available at that moment. Having no transport home, the dealership took us home and delivered the car the next day with the relevant MOT. We cannot speak so highly of the help and consideration that was shown to us by the staff who dealt with us, our grateful thanks to all.
I had a problem with my car a little while ago, which was causing an intermittent fault with the ABS. A software update did appear to fix the fault, but the same problem re-occurred today, but this time culminating in the car juddering to a very sudden halt on Derby Road. Worried how safe the car was, I managed to get going again and I drove gingerly around to Bristol Street Motor's Nottingham. The service team were more that happy to help and sorted the problem out, ensuring my car was safe to drive with three kids in tow. I wanted to say thank you to him especially. He was friendly, professional and reassuring, he went the extra mile to help me and I really appreciated this.

I have a motability car and needed to change the tyres on our car before heading to France for the summer but we did not have a locking wheel nut key.An order was placed for a new key and we were told it would arrive 7-10 days maximum and would definitely be here before we travelled to France
