I would like to say that this has been one of the best examples of good customer service I have experienced in a long time. You have provided me with timely and relevant information about matters throughout the sale and I have been impressed with everything from the punctual delivery (7 am on the dot!) to the nice little touches like sending me a photo of the car the day before arrival. There are many organisations that could learn a thing or two here � it is nice to see that personal service still exists.
