My 3rd year service was due and I had a concern due to the mileage and after explaining the situation to the service manager it was carried out that same afternoon The whole situation was dealt with very quickly an efficiently and was a great contrast to previous services elsewhere.
I met other members of you front of house team and was very impressed with their friendliness and efficiency.

We have had a rather unreliable Dacia Duster as a company vehicle (not form Exeter branch) for a number of years which has been in and out of the Exeter dealership for various repairs and work this year. Most has been covered under warranty but some was just out of the expiry date so there was debate as to who would be footing the bill. After speaking to a rather fantastic service assistant , she fought hard to get all the work done as quick as possible and covered by the warranty or at minimal cost. I can honestly say that I have not come across anyone like her before who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and the work is up to standard! She is truly a credit to the company!
I would definitely go there for all my cars , the Parts manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as are all the Parts staff 👍
