Highly satisfied with the service I received. I have recently purchased a Ford Kuga from Bristol Street Bolton dealership, the sales team as always, where brilliant. This is my third purchase in four years and without hesitation I contacted the Sales Executive, arranged an appointment, and came away with the Kuga. I can't thank them enough for the level of service they provide. On every occasion when I have picked a new car up I find them checking the vehicle to make sure it's presented perfectly. Also I would like to mention the Parts Advisor in the Parts Department who sorted some accessories out for the Kuga. They located all the parts I needed plus some additional installation parts that would be required. And the team at the service reception, it's not just dropping a car off for service, they do an excellent job of look after the car and having it ready when they say. Brilliant service, I'm impressed.

We collected a nearly new Kuga from Bolton branch last week. I had rung to talk about acquiring a nearly new car via Ford Direct and was put in touch with a Sales Executive who paid great attention as to what my requirements were. This was to be the first Ford I had bought for many years having been a Vauxhall fan in recent times buying vehicles sourced from Vauxhall Fleet Management. The Sales Executive duly got stuck into Ford Direct and found a superb Kuga Titanium X Edition AWD Auto. The Sales Executive obviously wanted to do their job and sell us a car, but they were never pushy and they are very easy to deal with, which is most important to us oldies. Despite numerous queries from me during the sales process and more up to when the car was promptly delivered, the Sales Executive dealt with them in a friendly manner giving well informed responses. The result was the car being exactly what we expected and an enjoyable experience to boot. The Sales Executive is a credit to BSM and deserves to do well. Thanks to all at BSM. David & Ann W

I want to say a big thank you to your wonderful parts team for their superb service today (31 Jan, morning). I had my registration plates stolen overnight and came to Bristol St Motors to get new ones. The person who served me was so kind and attentive and sorted my plates while I waited. With apologies, I didn't even think to ask their name. Their colleague fixed me a coffee to help calm me. While this might sound routine, they really gave me a boost and reminded me that there are good people out there. I'd be so grateful if you could extend my thanks to them. I'm due to change my car soon and based on the service I experienced today, I'll definitely consider buying from the dealership. Thank you.

Having just purchased a car from yourselves I very much wanted to share some feedback on my sales experience. In respect to initially finding the vehicle I was after it couldn't of been easier and to find it based on my doorstep branch was fantastic. From my initial phone enquiry to the handover of the keys I was looked after by a great sales executive who's customer service was absolutely first rate. He was informative, personable and extremely polite he made the whole sales experience an absolute pleasure. On not one of my visits to the showroom did I even open a door for myself the sales executive was an absolute Gentleman. I actually received a fantastic offer from another dealer but the clincher for my purchase with Bristol Street was absolutely down to the customer service I received. On collection the car was valeted to a high standard and the couple of small points previously mentioned had been taken care of. My wife's car will be due to be changed towards the end of the year and I'll definitely be making a call to Bristol Street Motors.

Good morning,

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that I received excellent customer service during my recent visit to the service centre at Bristol Street Motors in Bolton.

My car went in for its second year service and from me dropping off the keys to collecting the car, everything was straight forward and easy.

Your team is friendly, professional and helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was happy and well looked after. Even down to the extra finishing touches of a thank you card on my dashboard when I got in my car to drive it away.

I should mention that the lady who looked after my service was excellent and kept me informed of when the car was ready. She was really very good and made sure I was happy with all the information provided.

I know you often send out a post service survey to see how you did but I wanted to make sure I'd made you aware of how impressed I am with this particular service centre. I've used others over the years and there is simply no comparison.

Hi just wanted to let you know about my experience today with advisor in your parts dept. at Bolton. What a outstanding young gentleman he is and a absolute credit to your company. My wife's Focus CC roof had stuck in the open position and could not find the emergency Allen key to close the roof, a bit of a panic as I have no garage, I called your parts, this morning 1st thing and he took my call. I explained my problem to him, he took a genuine interest, and said he would call me back in 10 minutes, which he did, brilliant. He said the Allen key was available but would be Tuesday, I thanked him and said I better try find a someone with a garage until I get my part. unexpectedly he than said hold the line I will check with service to see if we could help today, which they said bring the car later we will have a look Tues. am and booked me in thank you, in all my years 61, I have never had such customer satisfaction, he really did go beyond the call of duty

I called in to Ford Bolton service centre to enquire about getting my wing mirror fixed. Someone had clipped it so it had fallen apart, and I couldn't clip it back together myself. It looked like one of the clips may have snapped. I thought it was going to be an expensive job if the casing needed replacing but the gentleman in the service department came out to have a look and fixed it together for me. Really pleased with the service as always!
