I had a very positive experience at Bristol Street Motors. We decided to try and down size our car as we are getting older, your Salesman went through a lot of trouble explaining obvious differences, nothing was too much trouble for him. We chose the Fiesta but I didn't like it at all (after having a Focus). We went back the following day and spoke to the manager and asked if we could exchange it back to a Focus. I'd expected problems, however both the manager and the salesman were very kind and most helpful, we are now very happy with our Focus. Thank you for the continued friendly and exceptional service we are used to since we moved to this area, we have used the same supplier and would not go anywhere else.
