From when we first walked in the door to our car arriving, the service was excellent. The team was very knowledgeable and helped us select the right model of car. I have been looking around at different cars and decided l wanted a Ford Fiesta.

I met Mark, who is a fantastic, really down to earth person. He listened to what l wanted and what l had in part exchange, he came back with a good deal for my car and a good price for a new car.
There was never any pushing me to buy which l find important, he let me decide in my own time.

Within a day or so l chose my car. Mark sorted it all out, including the retention of my number plate.
