It is not often that I feel prompted to do this, but I feel that I should write and thank you and the staff of Bristol Street Motors, in particular Graham for the splendid service which I received during the recent purchase of my Vauxhall. Graham, I felt, went out of his way to keep me posted on how things were going and what was remarkable in this day and age was that when he said he would phone me at a given time, he did, but what was even more pleasant was that never once during our association did I get the impression that it was just another car sale. So my special thanks to Graham and also to Jamie, who I believe handled the financial side and Geoff, who drove the car down.
