I have blood cancer and am receiving treatment which suppresses my immune system. I have been shielding for over 2 years. I do not produce antibodies to Covid vaccines. I am very concerned about going into buildings now that there are no restrictions. Your staff at Bristol Street Redditch went to a lot of trouble to ensure I was safe when I had my car serviced recently and again when I had an MOT. The service team did a brilliant job to protect me. I wish this could happen everywhere.

Hello I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say what a pleasure it was to deal with your sales executives when buying my Fiesta recently. Many people only write when there's a complaint but I felt that I wanted to reiterate, in writing, how easy it was to deal with you guys. I've bought quite a few high-end cars in recent years and your dealership could teach some of the sales staff, at allegedly better brands, a thing or two about how to deal with customers. My sales executive always rang me back when we missed calls and he followed up quickly to any request for more details. He did exactly what he said he'd do and in a timely fashion, not rocket science I know, but you'd be surprised how difficult I've found it to get that service before. His manner was also a nice blend of professionalism with being honest, down to earth and not condescending. Keep up the good work gents, I'll definitely be back.
