I have been very pleased with the service I have been provided from Bristol Street Stafford. They were very accommodating and helpful when I first went in to discuss my options and the transaction and process was smooth and easy. The staff, including the Sales Manager were especially kind and helpful. I couldn't of asked for much more. The Sales Executive was very friendly and chatty which is exactly what you need and want when buying a new car, good service and communication. Thank you for everything I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

I have just purchased my Mokka from Bristol Street at Stafford and the Sales Executive could not have been more patient or helpful, right through from the minute I walked in up, too my collection day. They went around the car with me and checked I knew how everything worked and even connected up my phone, they then rang me 2 days later to check if I was satisfied with the car. All-round great customer service from them and I will definitely recommend Bristol Street to friends. Thank you.

I've been browsing for a new used/car recently and had seen an advert in the local paper regarding some nearly new Fiestas at the Stafford branch, which is our closest one. We made an appointment to visit, and it was a Salesman who looked after us.
I'm in an awkward position with my current car, but the Salesman couldn't have been more helpful! He not only talked through the options with taking on one of the nearly new cars advertised but even got some of my questions answered regarding my current finance agreement himself!
He walked us round and explained all the different models and went through the finance options too - he wasn't pushy at all.
Although I decided not to buy a car from Stafford in the end, it is no reflection on the branch at all. The Salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, he's a credit to the Stafford branch!

I have just purchased my third car from the Stafford Branch. A massive thank you to the team for always going the extra mile. The customer service we received was outstanding. Its never stressful but always a pleasure to with you all. So excited to pick up my new car.

I have recently had my car in for repair.I would just like to say that the advisor who dealt with me has been absolutely fantastic and made my Bristol Street Ford experience amazing. She was not only extremely professional and friendly, listened well and built up a strong customer rapport with me. She is also a fantastic active listener which made my experience ever more valuable because as a customer I felt heard and valued.She was highly organised and I felt I could fully trust her expertise to get my car fully fixed.
Thanks to her, I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience and as a result I will be coming back for my next service and any other repairs that I may need. No more will I be going to a standard garage as the quality of work and customer service at Bristol Street Ford Stafford is second to none, thanks to her.

The service that I received from Ford Stafford was second to none and the best I have received in 55 years of buying new and used vehicles. from the moment I walked into the showroom all the way through to the after care that i have received with the retention of my number plate. I would highly recommend the team at Bristol Street to anyone I come into contact with.
