I write to highly commend your Motability Manager, I recently took a Ford Ecosport from you on this scheme, but due to a failing entirely on my part I found that its incompatibility with my condition meant that I found it necessary to contact Motability to ask for a change of vehicle. They themselves were very understanding. I then returned to your showroom to discuss the problem.They were most understanding, and after a test drive of another vehicle arranged a replacement for me. The service I have received has been of the very highest standard. Indeed, in an era when customer service has almost become a term of ridicule the team has restored my faith. Throughout the entire process they have been an exemplar of how it should be done! I commend the entire dealership, which was at all times I attended highly professional. My mum has recently purchased a car from the Wigan dealership and we cannot express how happy we are with the service we received from start to finish, I had booked the test drive with the General Manager, who confirmed the appointment and made sure all of our needs were met. We were dealt with by Sales Staff who showed us the car we had enquired about and took us out on a test drive. They were friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the showroom and answered all of the questions that we had. Once we had been out for the test drive and my mum had fell in love with the car. The General Manager and Sales Staff all helped us to make the very important decision and worked with us to ensure we got the best deal possible, we have a lot to thank them for! Today, we have picked up the car and the same welcome and friendliness was relayed once again, thank you so much for your help! We are over the moon we chose Wigan and will be sure to pass the message on about the fab staff to our friends!

There is a Ford closer to my house, however, I like to come to Wigan as the staff there are brilliant.

I've got to say that no matter what you ask they always try and assist. The service team are brilliant, I recently dealt with two Sales Executives and they were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

The Sales Manager at your Wigan showroom is a brilliant ambassador for your company. I am a national sales manager for a local manufacturing company and to be honest if l had a vacancy for an area sales manager l would employ him in a nanosecond, his friendly and positive demeanour is natural to him and l bought my car partly because of him!
