I would like to make you aware of the great staff you have working at Worchester. The Sales Executive there informed me he did not work in the commercial department but was willing to help and organised a meeting. When we arrived at Worchester we where made to feel extremely welcome and offered refreshments. He then allowed us to view the Van in our own time before we got down to negotiations. During this process we found him to be extremely friendly and helpful. He then gave us time to reflect on the offer before making our final decision. It was due to the service which him and the team provided that finalised our decision and we purchased the Van. I would just like to thank these guys for a smooth and pleasant transaction.

I would like to say a very big Thank you to Bristol Street Motors, Ford, Worcester branch. I have recently received a ford C-Max through the motability scheme. The salesman who dealt with us was excellent, he explained about the scheme,what vehicles that were available to us, showed us the different vehicles and didn't push us towards any decision. We finally picked a vehicle we liked and he sorted all the paperwork, and kept us up to date with phone calls on when the collection date would be.(which was very quick). We have had the vehicle for a couple of weeks and are very, very happy with it, and even had a phone call from him to check we are still happy and nothing is wrong. A very polite courteous salesman and an even happier customer.
