I went to the dealership to look into a motability care for my disabled daughter. We were looked after to an exceptional level by the Sales Executive. They went above and beyond to ensure we looked at everything we wanted to look at giving us sound and professional advice. We took a car out on a test drive which was facilitated to fit in with our needs. Again they looked after us all really well, nothing was too much trouble.

I have been looking for a Mercedes A Class in white with low mileage and in budget for ages. I came down to Bristol Street Motors to look at prices on the exact car I seen online. The Sales Executive was very helpful, he went through all the prices and managed to reserve the car I wanted from the Derby dealership before someone else bought it. I was so happy and surprised about this. He updated me when the car got delivered to test drive it. We had our annual MOT completed this week. Excellent service (video sent to us showing tyre tread depths/contact prior to appointment/price of MOT) Plus they washed and vacuumed our filthy car too!
