I went to a number of dealerships before I bought my car and the Sales Executive was the most loveliest, professional, knowledgeable person I spoke to. My 2 year old was being rather difficult and they managed to help entertain her whist talking through the particulars of the car with me. After I'd made up my mind about the car my husband had to give his seal of approval this is where the Sales Executive was excellent, they helped talk him through the particulars and just had a lovely helpful attitude. Overall EVERY single person I spoke to was extremely helpful, even if they weren't dealing with the sale, even if it wasn't their department. The ENTIRE atmosphere at this dealership was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they didn't even mind my 2 year old making a noise. I really hope all your dealerships are like this because I will definitely be recommending you to anyone and everyone to asks (or doesn't).

The Sales Manager is as Tina Turner sings, SIMPLY THE BEST! They have gone above and beyond and needs a pat on the back.(Why?) My brother in Exeter was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year and police took his keys from him. They were given to the Sales Manager who has worked so hard to get all paperwork, finance and helped me organise getting a new V5 as original can't be found. They have been an absolute Saint as I'm in West Sussex and my brother is in Exmouth and what with Covid, it's been a long chore but with their help we finally got everything sorted. THANK YOU.
