On behalf of my Daughter Jessica & myself I would like to thank and praise an awesome member of your team in Exeter. Jessica bought an A3 S line today from a Sales Executive who despite a very long day gave us a first class service when we arrived late this evening. We only spotted the car on Friday night and yet the Sales Executive had everything sorted eg photos/ video/ lease documents etc. They were cheerful, patient and professional. I don't know how they managed to look so smart at the end of a 12 hour day! Anyway their service as well as another lovely Sales Executive was much appreciated and whatever they are earning.... it's not enough!! Jessica's Cousin Nia in Manchester bought a car from Bristol Street Motors and recommended you. The whole experience was well worth the drive from Gloucester. Having gone to another dealership (Arnold Shark I mean Clarke) and ordered a black Tucson N line I was told it was on the boat and in the way to the UK , it would be here on the 16/09/2020 collection was set for 18/09/2020. 6 days before collection I got the dreaded phone call it was going to be another 6/8 weeks and there was absolutely none in the UK. I called your Edinburgh west dealership and got put in contact with a Sales Executive and OMG within 6 days I had my new car same make and model just a different colour which, I like better than the black one ordered. The Sales Executive was just the absolute best and kept me well informed of the progress of my application, reg plate everything. This Executive, in my eyes, worked extremely hard and created a miracle in 6 days for me. The aftercare has been amazing and the Sales Executive has kept in contact to make sure everything is okay which we've never had from another dealer before. I honestly can't praise or recommend them enough. I believe in paying it forward and with how amazing the Sales Executive has been they deserves recognition of that so much so that I have also contacted Hyundai to tell them what an outstanding Sales Executive they have been. Like where did youse hide that little diamond of an executive? You need to clone them and put a little one of them in all your dealerships.

We travelled from Birmingham to Newcastle to purchase a used car. We were kept informed at every stage and we were very impressed throughout the whole process. In summary, we felt the level of service from the Sales Executive was first class.

I would like to thank the Sales Executive for the service they provided me whilst purchasing my new car, from walking into the showroom to choose my car to the final handover the service they provided was exceptional. I recently took delivery of our new Hyundai and I can't speak highly enough of my Sales Advisor, they provided exceptional service keeping me updated at every step of the delivery process. They made the whole process so easy from start to finish especially given the difficult times we have at the moment, and despite this, the process took less than two weeks to complete. The Sales Executive was so friendly and professional and made it all so easy with his knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend both the Sales Executive and the dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car from them.

Dear Sirs, following a major problem with my car on the day which your dealerships temporarily close I contacted you again on Monday 30th March and spoke with an agent. I explained my situation and he agreed to book my car into Macklin, Seafield, Edinburgh. I dropped it off with the Service manager on the 31st and they called me later that morning advising of the problem. I agreed to the work as my car is necessary because of my wifes health. Much to my delight the car was ready to collect later that day. Can I put on record my thanks to the service manager and their team for their fantastic help and can I also say that anytime I deal with this location all staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Please ensure my thanks are passed to the team and if possible highlighted to your CEO.

I bought a Renault Captur from this garage at the end of February. Although I had only gone out for a loaf of bread and had just popped into the branch to have a look what what kind of cars were for sale. I could not have been treated any better. My first encounter was with a sales exec who gave me time to have a good look around the stock without pestering me. They then introduced me to another sales exec who was knowledgeable about the cars on sale and nothing was too much trouble. They found the perfect car for my requirements and dealt with everything from the paperwork to going through the basic driving away instructions. I've had quite a few cars in my lifetime but have never been treated better than I was by them. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will recommend the Mansfield branch to all friends and family. Well done, you are a credit to the company.
