Two days after buying a car from you the wing mirror was broken off outside my house. I had a new one ordered and fitted within two days. The service department were brilliant. I was obviously upset at the vandalism so to get it sorted so easily was great. I look forward to dealing with them when I need a service.
Purchased this car today my partner really needed a car quickly as her previous vehicle had to be scrapped! The salesman who handled the sale was really helpful, we were very comfortable with him and he explained everything clearly. This was a brand new experience for me as I had never been to a car dealership to buy a car. Upon arrival I was greeted politely and positively. I thought the Sales Executive listened really well and identified important things I was telling him and he discussed my expectations with me. He followed all company procedures and explained everything in such a way it did not cause offence. I felt really good about buying a car when I left and felt the whole experience a positive one.
