The Salesman and the staff at Bristol Street Hyundai Peterlee made us feel welcome and important from the start, even though we were buying the cheapest car in the range. The whole buying experience was really pleasurable. We got the car we wanted for our daughter in a week and her cherished number plate was fitted when we arrived to pick the car up. I recently had a issue with my car and went to Honda to solve the problem I tried to get it the issue resolved with the manufacturer under its five year warranty with Hyundai but the service I received was not to good standard so I returned to Honda still with my problem. The service department at Honda went above and beyond to rectify my issue and you can really tell the difference in service. Again I would just like to show my appreciation and gratitude for Honda what an amazing branch would not go anywhere else. Thanks!

He engaged with us to signing the documents was a pleasure without pressure. All our questions were answered, nothing was too much trouble and he continued to contact us for the 6 weeks until delivery of our car. Highly recommend.

Two days after buying a car from you the wing mirror was broken off outside my house. I had a new one ordered and fitted within two days. The service department were brilliant. I was obviously upset at the vandalism so to get it sorted so easily was great. I look forward to dealing with them when I need a service.
