This is our Third car that from this Dealership which has been has sold to us and quite frankly the service we always receive is superb. The Sales Executive listens to your needs and gives a amazing customer service. It's nice to know that whenever you walk through the door of the dealership the same friendly face is there to greet you. I do hope that he does not decide to move as he is a credit to the company.

Today we collected our new car from Hyundai Mansfield and throughout our purchase we have dealt with a great Sales Executive. What a credit to your dealership. We have purchased many cars over the years from various dealerships and never have we had the pleasure of being helped through our purchase from such an amazing person from start to finish. You truly must treasure him because we certainly would come back to Hyundai not only because of the car but definitely for the service he has shown us. We visited your used car event at Hyundai Mansfield this morning to look at medium to large crossovers. We were attended to promptly and courteously by the Dealer Sales Manager who referred us to a salesman. He was just the right person we needed to talk to. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in assessing our needs. Although we explained that we were not buying today, he took considerable time to find out what and when we might be buying and explained in detail the possible models we could consider in the near future. We now have a clearer idea of what would be suitable replacement and the approximate costs. We will therefore put you top of the list when we are ready to buy.

This was important to me as he allowed me all the time I needed and answered all our questions so that we could make the "Right" choice when purchasing a new vehicle. He was very patient, honest and built a good level of trust with us. Despite us buying a used car he gave us his full attention and excellent customer service at all times. He said whether we were a buying a 'brand new' car or 'used' to him we were still a customer and that's what counts! He even arranged test drives promptly for the 2 cars we were keen on. Which could not be arranged at 2 of the other car showrooms we have previously been to. He kindly gave a courtesy call after purchase to ask how we were getting on. Great after service in my eyes! He made everything go smoothly in a professional, competent and friendly manner, very much impressed! We were travelling down from Scotland and had a stressful journey due to the A1/M being closed due to an accident so were unable to pick the car up until the following day. His assistance with accommodation for an over night stay was most welcome. He also contacted us to make sure we had arrived home safely. He is a credit to your company.

I was having great difficulties with my previous vehicle - I hit my head every time I got into the drivers seat but if I lowered the seat I went down with a bang and hurt my back. The Sales Exec saw the problem and pulled out all the stops to get me a vehicle that did not have this problem and to get me on the road as soon as at all possible. Oh what bliss to have found someone who not only understood the problem but did his best to cure it. Incidentally my husband now finds the passenger seat so much easier to get into as well, with loads of room for a 'larger' man. The new car is just so easy to drive and makes the experience a treat every time.
