Right from the time I spoke to Keith on the phone he has been extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased the Venture edition after he persuaded me to test drive one. Keith has been very patient in explaining everything! He also helped resolve a problem with the rear parking sensors, apparently nothing wrong! Overall I am a very satisified customer.

We booked a test drive in an MX5 Roadster via the Mazda website. We were contacted almost immediately by Helen who confirmed the date we requested.

The difficulty for me was living in Watford and the vehicle being in Derby. Wayne was very helpful, suggested I catch the train to Derby, where he collected me from, showed me the car, took me for a test drive and carried out the paperwork to make the sale as smooth as could be hoped.
