I recently bought a new car from your Darlington Nissan dealership. The entire process from the start, when ordering the car, to picking it up last week has been faultless. The Sales Executive's customer service has been exceptional. They have kept me up to date with delivery times etc. whilst waiting for the car. When I picked up the car the experience was fantastic and smooth. The Sales Executive could not do any more for me. The car is great and it was a absolute pleasure dealing with Bristol Street Motors and the Sales Executive. I will definitely be back to buy my next car from you. 10 out of 10... 5 stars...

I booked in for an MOT and the Service Advisor handled everything. They were friendly and helpful, and updated me regularly on my car and the work that needed doing. I feel they went above and beyond to give great service and I really appreciate everything they did for me. They even put a little Christmas card with my paperwork! I would just like to say how wonderful the service I received was. The Sales Executive has been fantastic from start to finish. Made me feel welcome, explained things in a way that I could understand. But more importantly they welcomed my daughter who is autistic, she can be a handful and they were fantastic with her, they treated her like a little princess and she really took to them. Most people ignore my daughter and find her too much but the Sales Executive was so different which made it all so much easier and nicer. I just couldn't finish my time in the dealership without letting you know just what a great asset they are to the business. I would love for this feedback to also be relayed to the Sales Executive. I was able to enter the dealership and drive away my new car in a matter of weeks. From start to finish the sales execs have built a strong rapport with me which eased the car salesman stereotype I was expecting to face, and made me feel like the consumer was more important than the sale. (I know it's not but it's rare to feel like that nowadays!). Having visited other dealerships, the sales execs really stood out in their role. As a Store Manager myself I recognize that they all went the extra mile to provide a great experience to gain, and maintain, a customer for Nissan. Everyone has supported me with all the decisions I needed to make during my car buying journey and was honest, trustworthy and friendly. I will be buying my next car from this dealership and would definitely recommend it to anyone I know looking for a car in the future.
