Just like to thank and say how pleased we were with our Sales Executive who was brilliant with us from day one. Finding our car on line and having it delivered, keeping us informed of when our car would be ready and what we needed to do ourselves regarding documentation etc. The video they sent us on the day we picked up our car was very good and was very informative. On the handover again they were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we had all we needed before we drove away, thanks to all concerned.

Just picked up my new Nissan X-Trail from Halifax. Purchase was first initiated through Nissan Glasgow South salesman and completed by a sales person in Halifax. Both have provided excellent customer service. The sale and transfer of vehicles went smoothly thanks to the excellent communication from your team .

I would like to thank Nissan Halifax and in particular the sales person for their outstanding help with ordering our second mobility car. From ordering the car to it being delivered they have been absolutely amazing. As soon as you arrive in the showroom you are really looked after. They're really friendly and professional and explains all the options available in terms that are easy to understand. Anything you aren't sure of they go through with you until it makes sense. A simple thank you doesn't seem enough but hope they're recognised for their outstanding customer service.

I would just like to thank the service team, particularly Louise, for dealing with my car which I booked in for a simple MOT.

I bought the car from there and was very impressed with the service, so decided to return. Firstly, the dealership price matched a cheaper garage nearby, then sent me a video email of the minor faults on my car. Simple rectifications done very cheaply. They looked after me and my vehicle as if I was the only person visiting the dealership that year!

I only use Nissan Halifax infrequently but their customer service is exceptionally good. They are extremely friendly and pleasant without being patronising. They are very knowledgeable about products and service procedures. Tyre prices cannot be beaten. Well done to the whole service team and reception.

My experience at your dealership was first class, the sales executive took care of everything keeping me informed all the way. I visited 3 other dealerships before choosing this one. I liked the way I was shown all the features and different models no pressure just sound advice!!! It was nice to meet a sales man that knows his products and how to treat people properly. I recently had a problem with my Nissan Micra's radio/cd player. Having trailed around a few local garages and radio 'experts' without success I called in at your Halifax branch and was helped by a lady.
