I have just picked up my Nissan Micra from Bristol Street Motors in Northampton and would like to thank the Sales Executives for taking me out for a test drive and keeping me updated on the expected delivery date of my car. At no point did l feel under any pressure to make a quick decision about a possible purchase. However considering this is the first time l have made a car purchase through a dealership it was a very professional experience all round. I just want to say how happy I am with the service I was provided, from first contact I was explained everything clearly and in detail making sure I understood everything, I was kept in the loop with everything going on with the new car (reg - when it would be ready - insurance) when I picked the car up we ran through everything, inside and outside features of the car, what it comes with were set up, my phone via Bluetooth and explained everything to me. All in all I has a great salesman who provided great service and I am a very happy customer.

We were very pleased and impressed with the service provided, it was a refreshing change to deal with someone who was prepared to listen to our requirements and then provide advice for us to make the right decision, our choice being the Nissan Juke. She is a credit to your organisation. We have yet to receive a customer satisfaction survey but we felt we could not leave it any longer without making comment on the positive experience we had with Bristol Street Motors.
