I recently purchased a Dacia Duster from Nissan Sheffield. Originally, I was in contact with a Sales Executive over the phone regarding my interest in the car, who was great at ensuring I had all the details and even asked if there was anything about the car I specifically wanted to know more on. Once I arrived at the Dealership, another Sales Executive was very welcoming, cracked a few jokes and made me feel at ease straight away. The Sales Executive was happy to answer any questions I had after my test drive, but didn't put any pressure on me for an immediate decision. The Sales Executive explained all about the warranty and payment procedures, they made it easy to understand and took their time to ensure everything was understood properly. We went back and forth a few times swapping small bits out of the package which I'm sure was probably a pain, but nothing seemed like too much trouble for them which I really appreciated! Due to working full time I struggled to find a good day I could come up to collect the car as I don't live nearby. Instead it was decided that my car could be delivered to me, this was literally the perfect solution to my situation and took the stress of trying to find time straight off my shoulders. So I just wanted to say a thank you to everyone who helped towards my purchase, but especially to the Sales Executive who just made the whole process seem so easy and go smoothly!

We picked my daughters Motability car up on Friday. I want to say the Sales Executive is such a lovely young person. From the outset they made us feel welcome gave great advice. They spoke to my daughter Holly who has learning difficulties and were very patient, kind and understanding. Holly gets very anxious when things don't go to plan and the car delayed. I emailed them regularly and they would give us the information and update more than normal. They are a credit to the company and I think they deserve to be recognised for outstanding service. People often only complain. I would recommend Sheffield Nissan to anyone. Their manager came over asked if we were happy, anything they could help with and to let me know if there's anything I need help with to contact them. Great team, great service from both.

I would like to say that I have recently purchased a used Mini Hatch from yourselves. The Sales Executive was a lovely person who had managed my sale and I have to say what a pleasure it was. I was a little anxious buying online not having seen the car but they reassured me all the way. They were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions with no issue. Everything was very smooth and no problems. I was very impressed that they did what they said they were going to do and kept me informed all the way through the process and returned my calls when they said they would. I am very impressed with the service I had from the Sales Executive. Thank you for making this a happy experience.

I've recently bought the above car and would just like to say a massive thank you to the Sales Executive for being so understanding, helpful and professional throughout the entire sales and purchasing process. They took the time to explain everything that I needed to know, along with the various options that were available to me. Another big plus, was the fact that they did not try to push me in any particular direction, which made me a lot more comfortable about the purchase. So thank you - This is by far the best car I've ever bought and she's a dream to drive.

The Sales Executive rang to offer to look at deals for us to potentially upgrade the car we had. The service they provided from start to finish has been faultless. They took on board everything I said about what I'd potentially want, adding detail as we went, they even noted that I was going to be out so emailed me rather than trying to ring so I could look at the information in my own time around sorting my children. At my request they booked us an appointment to see us so we could look at a couple of cars, they quickly knew what we were after and did all the hard work finding us what we wanted. Ended up with a far better deal than we went in expecting. There was no pressure, they actually went out of their way to reserve us the car to give us chance to go over everything without the distraction of a hungry 4 month old baby! In their absence their manager kept us in the loop of the car being brought to the garage to look over/test drive so there was no delay. Never bought a car so easily! The system of signing via phone is fantastic :-) Can't fault Nissan Sheffield, we were already pleased with all the service we have had from everyone we have had dealings with but I have to say it felt like the Sales Executive went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and make it as easy as possible. Thank you very much.

I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to the service team for the way they handled my warranty claim with my Qashqai . Unfortunately I was hospitalised while my car was being stripped down and assessed for repair of which I relayed my situation to the service team. I was told not to worry and reassured that everything would be taken care of with my car. I now have the car back fully repaired and valeted, once again a big thank you.

The level of customer service the sales executive provided was astonishing. They made the process so easy. I called them so many times during the process but they were always happy to sort out my queries and maintained great patience and understanding, I am quite a needy customer. Also a quick mention of the Business Manager. They made sure we were all happy after the process and double checked to make sure I was taking full advantage of your package extras such as the service plan. The Sales Executive called a few days after the sale too, to make sure we were happy, which was a nice touch. Please pass on our thanks to them and let them know that they single handily changed my view of Sales Executives forever with their 5 star customer service and attentiveness. I will now be recommending the business in Sheffield from now on! Long story short: great Car buying experience due them and their customer service.

I'm an essential worker so I could only get to the dealership around close of business. My Sales Executive was very helpful and patiently advised what I needed to do at each stage until I picked up my car. They used all means possible; electronic, telephone calls, text messages etc to answer my numerous queries because this is my first buying a new car. I felt supported and listened to in the process. The Sales Executive ensured his Manager kept communication going even when he went on leave. Both members of staff provided excellent service offering me a great buying experience!

We called in to look at the used Audi at Sheffield we had seen online. We were helped by a Sales Executive (on their first day) along side another Sales Executive. Both were excellent and we agreed a deal. We drove it away the next day. Based on our experience we will be back. Thank you.
