I visited Nissan Bradford on 7th May. I have a chronic back condition and needed to try the seats in SUVs. If I found a seat that had the potential to be comfortable for me, I wanted to do a test drive. The sales executive was incredibly helpful. They listened to everything I needed from a vehicle and spent some time trying to find the right car for me. They were polite and friendly all the time and I did not feel under any pressure to purchase the vehicle. They made it very clear that their aim was to find a car that was suitable for me and I really appreciated their approach. I had already visited a number of dealerships and I can honestly say that the experience with them was the best I had all day. If only all sales people in the industry used their sales technique! I bought a car on Friday from a Sales Executive who went above and beyond to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible. Within days we had the car the traded in and were driving away in the new one.
