Went into this dealership today to look for a new car. Just want to say the Sales Executive was amazing, so polite and friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Let us decide what we wanted to do about the sale etc was such a lovely time and made buying my new car so easy.

The sales executive looking after us was very professional attentive but not pushy. We have used this garage 4years ago and we were met with a high level of service that's why we returned and we'll definitely recommend the garage to all our family and friends. Just like to thank and say how pleased we were with our Sales Executive who was brilliant with us from day one. Finding our car on line and having it delivered, keeping us informed of when our car would be ready and what we needed to do ourselves regarding documentation etc. The video they sent us on the day we picked up our car was very good and was very informative. On the handover again they were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we had all we needed before we drove away, thanks to all concerned.

The Sales Executive rang to offer to look at deals for us to potentially upgrade the car we had. The service they provided from start to finish has been faultless. They took on board everything I said about what I'd potentially want, adding detail as we went, they even noted that I was going to be out so emailed me rather than trying to ring so I could look at the information in my own time around sorting my children. At my request they booked us an appointment to see us so we could look at a couple of cars, they quickly knew what we were after and did all the hard work finding us what we wanted. Ended up with a far better deal than we went in expecting. There was no pressure, they actually went out of their way to reserve us the car to give us chance to go over everything without the distraction of a hungry 4 month old baby! In their absence their manager kept us in the loop of the car being brought to the garage to look over/test drive so there was no delay. Never bought a car so easily! The system of signing via phone is fantastic :-) Can't fault Nissan Sheffield, we were already pleased with all the service we have had from everyone we have had dealings with but I have to say it felt like the Sales Executive went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and make it as easy as possible. Thank you very much.

We picked up our new Nissan Qashqai on the 4th November 2021. I would just like to say a big thank you to the Sales Executive. I booked in for an MOT and the Service Advisor handled everything. They were friendly and helpful, and updated me regularly on my car and the work that needed doing. I feel they went above and beyond to give great service and I really appreciate everything they did for me. They even put a little Christmas card with my paperwork! I would just like to say how wonderful the service I received was. The Sales Executive has been fantastic from start to finish. Made me feel welcome, explained things in a way that I could understand. But more importantly they welcomed my daughter who is autistic, she can be a handful and they were fantastic with her, they treated her like a little princess and she really took to them. Most people ignore my daughter and find her too much but the Sales Executive was so different which made it all so much easier and nicer. I just couldn't finish my time in the dealership without letting you know just what a great asset they are to the business. I would love for this feedback to also be relayed to the Sales Executive. We had a fantastic buying experience from the Sales Executive. The Sales Executive was very good in listening to our requirements and exceeding our expectations. We felt at ease and no pressure in making any decision and felt like we could be honest with them. Normally car sales executives are stereotyped as an area of concern and heavy pressure, however with more people like the sales executive we dealt with car sales executives won't be given a bad name! We were very well looked after and felt very welcome, especially as we were coming all the way from Coventry, England to buy the vehicle. I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I will be calling the Sales Executive next time I buy a car! Keep it up!
