I contacted the team first via phone then had further contact via email to source a heat shield for my Qashqai. They were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to email me pictures of the parts catalogue to make sure it was the correct part. The service was outstanding and I was extremely happy with next day delivery. I was even more pleased when I met them face to face as they were cheerful, professional and very polite. I have just picked up my Nissan Micra from Bristol Street Motors in Northampton and would like to thank the Sales Executives for taking me out for a test drive and keeping me updated on the expected delivery date of my car.
