Very good service from this dealership.
The customer service we received was excellent. The Sales Executive called us every other day with updates. She treated us as if we were the only customers she had. She seemed genuinely concerned about us and our car. She is an asset to your company. Everyone in the branch we dealt with were also very polite and friendly.
The salesman was amazing! Very polite, knowledgeable, and patient, and really takes time with you as a customer to make sure you are 100% happy. He always rang back as promptly as possible when we left messages for him and he was a genuinely funny, happy, and very helpful salesman. He was also great with our 3 year old son, offering him ice cream, drinks, and a colouring book! Overall, fantastic experience and when we want another car we will be in to see him.
I find myself returning to Bristol Street Harlow and their service team for a service. Once again, I am met with a warm smile, cheery hello and welcome from a lovely sales executive. She is certainly a star of your organisation. She quickly books me in and checks over the car. Shown to waiting area and coffee made. Whilst waiting numerous staff members from the general manager to sales staff say hi and stop for a chat despite being busy. Certainly a friendly dealership. She keeps me informed and updated of the progress of my service as I had elected to wait. Service complete and a couple of small issues. All expertly explained and broken down. She even managed to get the additional work done on my car there and then saving me another visit. Very happy customer. This is car number 5 from Harlow and there will certainly be number 6 at some point. Well done to the whole team!
I just wanted to say how overly impressed I was with the service I received at the Harlow Garage. I was dealt with a great Sales executive, he done everything in his power to help me with my situation. I told him my budget, to which he worked his magic, and I got a fabulous new car. I always felt comfortable around him and he made me feel very much at ease. He got me the best price he could for my trade in, and with the new car itself. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable young man. He also informed me about a service plan you do, which I took up straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended a friends to go to this garage. I have just returned from your Bristol Street Motors Harlow Peugeot branch as my car was in for repair. Having worked in the motor trade for nearly 50 years, I feel qualified to comment on the treatment of customers.I found the experience to be extremely good and the problem solved without too much hassle. Your receptionist was a credit to your company - he was courteous, informative, helpful, with an excellent product knowledge.
I bought my Peugeot in March from Bristol Street Motors Harlow and had the best experience I have ever had when buying a used car. I'm in my seventies and had many cars from lots of dealers and can say this was by far the best. Brilliant service. Thanks for all your help.
I am writing to tell you that my husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from The Harlow branch of Bristol street Motors. We purchased our car from there three years ago and have the yearly service and mot plan with yourselves. We had our service and mot this week and was advised the head gasket needed replacing along side other problems. The next day when I went to take my Grandaughter to school I smelt burning. When I got home my husband rang Bristol street motors at Harlow and spoke to a young gentleman whom had dealt with our service/MOT the day before. This young man was so helpful we were so impressed with his helpfulness and he was very professional that we felt we wanted yourselves to know what a credit he is to your company and we would like him to be aware of how we appreciated his help and assistance.
