We visited Bristol Street Motors Derby on Wednesday 8th July to view a Renault Captur, our appointment was made and the sales executive greeted us with a smile, gave us all the information we needed and left us in peace to view the car which we decided to purchase. They were bright and cheerful and was a pleasure to deal with. They kept in touch with us via email before collection, and also when we had left with the car. I just wanted to write a little note about the experience I received from Bristol Street Motors recently with the purchase of my new car.

I saw a great deal online and made contact with their Online Sales Department up in Newcastle. They put me in touch with my local Renault Dealership which was in Derby. I was contacted by their General Sales Manager Andrew who went through the whole order process with me via telephone. The vehicle I wanted was sourced immediately and was available for me to collect.

Upon day of collection I arrived at the dealer and was greeted by Andrew who had a brief chat with me about my new car and thanked me for purchasing from Bristol Street Motors. I was then handed over to a Sales Advisor called Tom. Tom spent a good hour with me going over the paperwork and my agreement and the package that is included in my 4 year agreement. The covers were then taken off my new car in the middle of the showroom and Tom proceeded to go through everything I needed to know about my new car.
Considering that Tom was not the Sales Advisor for the vehicle and was not getting the commission for the sale, I couldn't believe how much time he had for me.

Overall, the experience I have received from Bristol Street Motors Renault in Derby has been next to none, I would recommend them to anyone and will almost surely use them again in the future. Andrew and Tom provided the best service I have ever experienced from any dealer network before. It's always too easy to criticise when people receive a bad service, and all too often people are not recognised when they have done a great job. Andrew and Tom are great ambassadors of the Bristol Street Motors brand and should be recognised for the job they do and service they provide!
