My car was picked up from my home address at approx 8.30am as previously arranged. Within a few hours my car had been returned to myself after being diagnostically checked, issues dealt with, cleaned inside and out and I had received a detailed video of work completed. This is most impressive and I would like to give feedback as I feel the garage went above and beyond. Every member of the team ie the initial booking in, the technician and driver were all exceptional. Bravo ! please ensure all respective parties are deservedly praised ! Just like to say how I appreciated the service and effort shown to me by your Sales Executive on the recent purchase of my Dacia Sandero. After telling them my budget and what I was looking for it did not take long for them to find the car in the colour I wanted, everything was signed and sorted within a few days and I took possession four days after, cannot ask for better service than that.
Exceptional Sales Executive at Renault Gloucester. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable and patient! A true asset to BSM! Although I signed an agreement to buy a Renault Kadjar - the following morning I had to cancel the agreement for personal reasons. He was so understanding, moreover - he allowed me the use of his Kadjar the previous day for a whole hour to test drive, as I was very anxious about driving a new car - He was amazingly understanding. You have got to raise this guy's salary! Seriously - a real asset to you he is!
