We had a great experience. The Sales Executive was helpful and polite and worked to get us the car we wanted within a week from first popping in to it being delivered to our driveway at a time suitable to us. They even stayed late to help us! Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience!

The Sales Executive for the purchase of my son's 1st car, their customer service approach was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and we never felt pushed into purchasing. They even gave us a follow up call to see if my son had past his test which thankfully he did (1st time). He loves his Renault Clio.

The Sales Executive's enthusiasm and readiness to answer any query we had, helped put our mind at ease while we made the leap of faith to a fully electric vehicle! The Sales Executive initially gave us space to consider our decision, but then was at pains to make himself accessible, even suggesting he contact us after the sale to check-in how we were getting on with the car and to offer final tips including on how Renault Mansfield would be happy to offer the car's first service. The Sales Executive's help didn't feel like a pushy sale's pitch at all, but instead helped instil in us confidence that we were making a purchase which we won't regret, and the confidence that they would help in any way he could should we have questions or concerns in future! We visited Bristol Street Motors Derby on Wednesday 8th July to view a Renault Captur, our appointment was made and the sales executive greeted us with a smile, gave us all the information we needed and left us in peace to view the car which we decided to purchase. They were bright and cheerful and was a pleasure to deal with. They kept in touch with us via email before collection, and also when we had left with the car.
