It is very rare that I write to a company, this is the third time that I have felt compelled to write following service beyond expectation. Excellent service should be recognised in my view. I wish to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received whilst buying my car at Dacia Renault Gloucester recently. My closest Dacia dealer is walking distance from where I live. However, they were so disinterested in selling me a car that I looked to the next nearest � Gloucester. Right from the start the impression was good. Both the sales exec and his manager, could not have been more attentive or accommodating. Indeed, they personified excellence in customer service. The rest of the staff that I met were also engaging, generally a good atmosphere. I was, and remain, 100% satisfied with the service I received. Happy Christmas to all at Bristol Street Motors.

I would like to take this opportunity to express how incredibly satisfied I am with the service I received from the Sales Executive in your Renault Gloucester dealership. From the first moment I walked into the showroom to the point I drove away in my new Kadjar, the service I received from the Sales Executive was beyond exemplary. During the order process and the period until the car was available for collection, nothing was too much trouble for the Sales Executive and whenever I had a question, she was always prompt with her response, she took time to talk to me to make sure I was happy with the response and kept me informed during the progress of the order. On the day I collected my car, I was made to feel particularly special and felt like a very valued customer. During the hand over the Sales Executive took her time to explain the various functions of the car, helped set up the car to my liking and spent all the time I required and was incredibly patient. Having spent a number of years working in a Customer Service environment myself, I can honestly say that the service I received from the Sales Executive was of the highest order and should be used as an example to others. Well there is only one thing to say about this garage and that is Exceptional. Yet again we have had a smooth purchase of another car from this team, they are always helpful, and never pushy. What a truly wonderful experience yet again to purchase a car from this dealership. My salesman explained all details in basic terms, showed me the finer points of the car. That's why I go use this dealership and have sent several friends to him to purchase cars from him.

This is the 10th vehicle we have purchased from this Dealership since 2006. Although comment must be made that everyone we have come into contact with at this establishment (either Hyundai or Renault) have treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy, my wife and I have dealt exclusively with a sales Executive, and we have to say that he above all else is the reason for our long association with this dealership. We find that he instinctively knows and recognises customer requirements, and caries out his duties in an extremely professional and friendly manner. As a result of this we would not think of purchasing future vehicles from any other dealership.

I was approached by a Sales Executive when looking for a used car to buy. The customer service that both me and my parents received from him was outstanding, no task was too difficult and every question was answered, always offering additional help. I received great conversation skills and his professional manner made the sale very easy. I have recently been back to the store for a small fault with the car. I was approached by him again who remembered my name which was refreshing. My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently although store was busy. Me and my parents were extremely impressed and it is refreshing to be so well looked after.

After 13 weeks, my car is now repaired. Thank you for your service, I know it wasn't an easy one.
