This is the first time we've stepped into a Seat showroom, from start to finish we were greeted politely, promptly and professionally. We came in to look at a Tarraco as part of the mobility package, we were explained in detail how it worked and the options available to us. The staff were extremely helpful and I believe they did go above and behind making our experience as stress free as possible. We decided very early on with the car they showed us and its benefits but we didn't want anyone to miss the truly fabulous customer service we received over the last 2 weeks.
Found the car online, rang up Bristol Street Motors and from the first contact to picking up our second hand car, all we can say that the service we received was excellent. The Sales Executive was brilliant, every question we asked was answered and nothing was to much trouble. Certainly a credit to the sales team at Bristol Seat Derby. I have just been in today and signed up for a Service Plan and told the Service Department I had a problem with connecting my phone to the radio. They spoke to a technician who came out with me and ran discussed the issue, it was not a problem he could solve as I needed a Jack lead but the help and advice he gave me was second to none, nothing was to much trouble and he is a credit to you thanks a lot, your a star!
