I recently decided to purchase a 2013 Seat Ibiza , I went to the dealership in Derby and was greeted by sales executive. He immediately made me feel welcome as we sat down to discuss my needs and before he showed me around the vehicles for sale . He explained the different models available and I decided on a Seat Ibiza Toca which matched everything I was looking for . After going through various paperwork and details I put a deposit on the car, and returned a few days later to pay the balance and collect the car . He very smoothly and courteously completed the transaction , including helping me with the disposal of my old car which I had decided to scrap and offering me several cold drinks which were very welcome. I opted for the Priority Serice Plan , paperwork completed I was shown to my new car which had been parked ready for me to drive away. From walking past the display of cars which were immaculately presented , a congratulation handshake from the manager and the sales executives enthusiastic , professional , patient and thorough manner , I had an excellent and enjoyable time purchasing my new car from Bristol Street Motors Seat Derby . I am looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Seat.

I would like to thank the sales executive for all his help in getting my car ready. He demonstrated that he was knowledgeable courteous and passionate about what he does. We werent originally due to collect the car until the end of august but due to a change in circumstances he arranged for it to be ready for collection sooner at short notice fully serviced, valleted and with the Diamond Brite work done on it.
