The standard of customer service and help by the General Manager at this branch is well above the call of duty. Personally, I think they should get some personal acknowledgement for all of their help to us.

Great customer service
I had to take my car in this morning as a coil spring snapped last night. I was greeted warmly and my car arranged to be sorted and a lift to work while it was being done. She called me an hour later and told me what was going on with the car and how long it would take, she then rang to update me when it was done and arranged a pick up for me so I could collect the car. Everything was ready for me when I got there so I could get back to work. I have written to you before about this branch and all I can say is they get better and better, they really are outstanding, the saleswoman always goes out of her way to help and the customer service at that branch is second to none. I was telling people at work about them and they couldn't believe how good they had been, the drivers are lovely too, really friendly and courteous. They have to be the best branch you have they are excellent.
