When I rang to book the car in they were courteous and took the time to ensure all details were correct. On the day, I was delayed by traffic, but was not made to feel this was a problem. The Service Advisor was very quick in checking the car in and in settling my account when I collected. All in all, very satisfied with the service and work carried out by this branch. The staff are always jovial and courteous.
This was my first contact with this dealership and I was so impressed and thankful. The communication, the attention to detail and the end result, all exceeded my expectations and I hope the parts department can be recognised and rewarded in some way.
