Really pleased with the service, cannot fault a thing. Everything has been done to spec. My Dad (who was a late employee) would have been proud of me for looking after the car and getting any extras possible like the air con clean and the omissions clean. The Motability Specialist was very helpful, as he always is. The introduction to our new car was quick and painless and he explained everything we needed to know. I myself am partially sighted so my wife is the driver but he explained all the new stuff including how to work the radio (very helpful to me as I am unable to see most of the fonts). We are very happy with the service we received.

Some time ago I contacted you regarding a problem with the finance on a used car that I had bought from the above dealership. The monthly payments were much higher than I had originally thought due to the way it had been explained to me and also due to my not checking the figures properly. The General Manager contacted me straight away and was very helpful and understanding. I was assured I would be contacted within 48 hours by the general manager due to some issues. This did indeed happen and I have to say, my faith in Bristol street and the positive experiences that I have had before, were fully restored. The General manager, was fantastic! A real credit to Bristol Street and its customers. He made me feel in control, at ease and absolutely went above and beyond when helping me find and finance my next car. I dealt primarily with him and he was with me every step of the way. After dealing with , I was acquainted with a Sales Executive, who was simply amazing. He went through all the paper work step by step and clarified all of my queries. He was a pleasure to do business with, with his smart personality and gentle nature. When finalising my purchase, I was dealt with by another, I believe a business manager, who I had also dealt with previously when i purchased my old car. I wish I had written a compliments note then, as once again he was quick witted, honest and helpful. His outgoing personality completely shines! Finally, I'd like to add one more star to this list. He is a gem- more than helpful, easy to talk to and nothing has ever been too much for him. Although he never had anything to do with this sale (only my previous buy) when I returned, he explained all the gadgets of the new car, set them up, and was genuinely a really kind, helpful individual. I felt the absolute necessity to let the company know of some of its truest, most genuine employees, in the hope that they find that their efforts do not go unrecognised. A big thank you to Vauxhall Bristol street motors Chesterfield where my son bought his own first car. Id particularly like to personally thank your second hand car sales manager, the whole experience totally changed my perception of buying a car from a main dealer, this was totally down to how he made us feel at ease and how he had my sons best interest at heart hes got a well stocked forecourt to cater for all budgets. there was no pressure while we were looking and there was no heavy sales tactics when we wanted to look inside a car. My son did find a car he really liked, he arranged a no obligation road test with sales assistant. After the test drive my son had fallen for the car and I was happy for him to go to the next stage. The car was well priced and he gave a good part ex price on my sons old car. He explained every stage how finance and gap insurance worked the price included tax and drive away insurance. He explained to my son that finance is a commitment and should not be entered into with your eyes shut and take as much time as necessary to make sure its the right deal for us. my son did buy the car and he was great he explained all the paper work side and showed my son how to change a private number plate over. He presented all the paperwork in a folder and did a talk through on the car to make sure my son was familiar before leaving. Thank you both once again and im sure our paths will cross again when my car is ready for changing.
