I would just like to say what a fantastic sales associate you have from the Bristol street Vauxhall branch on Scotswood Rd in Newcastle. In previous years my husband and I have been mislead, miss-sold and lied to when purchasing cars. However when car shopping with an uncle we dealt with him and although this did not result in a sale I felt comfortable and reassured by his friendly manner, so much that when I began car hunting he was my first port of call. We went into the branch and explained what we were looking for and our reservations due to past dealings with another branch. He put is at ease instantly. Throughout our car search he has been nothing but open and honest. He has directed us to the right car and explained our options in terms of finance all while keeping us within our budget and ensuring that long term the car was affordable and would be looked after with a warranty to suit our budget and a service plan. Normally car shopping with kids is a nightmare, speaking from past experiences also, however our girls were more than happy to sit and wait as he made sure that they were looked after, he always made sure they were happy with a hot chocolate, a puzzle book and even their own, 'paperwork' to sign so they felt involved in the purchasing of our family car. They're actually now asking when we're going to visit next. He really has made car buying the exciting time it should be although it never has been for me in the past. The after care also offered has been beyond what we could ask for. Speaking as someone who has had her fingers burned many a time in the past by various salespeople I would just like to say how much of an asset he is to the Bristol street brand. I would certainly point all who ask in his direction in the future and really felt I needed to give this feedback as people as kind as him in the motor trade are really hard to come by. Many Thanks

I would like to show some recognition to the Sales Exec who helped me. He has dealt with me on a few occasions with my vehicle services and has always been so professional and friendly. He has always explained everything clearly so that I understand what is happening and has always gone above and beyond to help me out. I just feel that he deserves some praise for his work. This week we visited Honda Sunderland with a view to buying a second hand car. when we called in we found they had just, that day, taken in a Vauxhall Zafira which was everything we wanted. The Sales Executive approached us, found out what we wanted, our price range and when. He showed us the car and organised the test drive. All was good, from there on he guided us through the financing, various schemes and other aspects. The deal was struck without any grief or hassle. since then we have been treated regally by all members of staff, be they reception, Sales, Hand Over or Service. Nothing seemed to be an issue for all we were involved with, Well pleased with everything at Sunderland Honda, and we have a great car which enhances our family life. Thank you!

I would just like to say thank you very much to your service team! I've had a nightmare this week with mum being in hospital and she made getting the car in and out stress free. Even as far as texting me when the car was done rather than ringing me as I had told her I was heading up to the hospital straight from the garage. When I came back she asked how things were and said she didn't want to ring me as she knew I might not be able to answer my phone. It really is the little things but thank you very much!
