I would just like to say thank you very much to your service team! I've had a nightmare this week with mum being in hospital and she made getting the car in and out stress free. Even as far as texting me when the car was done rather than ringing me as I had told her I was heading up to the hospital straight from the garage. When I came back she asked how things were and said she didn't want to ring me as she knew I might not be able to answer my phone. It really is the little things but thank you very much!

I have received consistently excellent customer service from the sales executive who helped me. He has a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, together with a can-do attitude. He is efficient and always does what he says he will, never promising grand gestures which fall through. He is a true credit to the organisation.

I understand that the service department was incredibly busy and I couldn't get an appointment until the 11th May but I brought the car and he managed to squeeze it in. He kept me update with how it was going and was professional and helpful throughout.

I am a single woman with not a great deal of knowledge when it comes to cars but I had a specific type of car in mind. The Sales Executive was able to find exactly what I was looking for. There was no hard sell with anything. A massive bonus was the 0% finance on offer which, for someone like myself, who doesn't earn a great deal was great.
